Many people seem to search for the perfect Stamp Cleaner Recipe. While I have not tried this one myself, I thought I'd share it here.
Use an ammonia-free window cleaner (like 'Glass Plus', 'Simple Green' or 'Turtle Wax - Clear Vue') and dilute it half 'n half with water (can be diluted 2 to 1).

CLEAN stamps? I'm not familiar with this. I thought you used them, and when they were dirty, you bought more. What am I doing wrong?
