Another Thank You

Some time has passed since I received this lovely thank you card from Monica. (You prolly know her as the owner of Hambo Stamps.)

Monica stamped E195 - Thank You Word by Stampendous and expertly coloured the image with her Copis. She then created the sweet background with her Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder. After embossing the green paper, she used a brayer inked with white ink to add a bit more depth to the embossed dots. She cut the stripes from a printed paper and added a little bling by using these self adhesive Smooth Clear Gemstones. Even in real life the stripes look more like ribbon than paper. Very cool!
I love how Monica managed to make a rather small stamp the focal point of her card and how she cut the image at an angle. The stripes behind the image make it stand out even more. I just generally love her card and I love Monica!
