One of my friends' birthday is fast approaching and since she is the more elegant, conservative and frilly type, I thought this was appropriate...

I've used my border punch (from Martha Stewart) on this card, as well as the Cuttlebug Swiss Dot Embossing Folder and for some pizazz I've added two Medium Sized Accent Pearls.

Lovely card! And that sentiment is great!! And, dang it all, stop stocking cool stamps. I am really trying to be good, but you make it so tempting.
