Before finally trying the Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol technique, I usually watercoloured all my images. Another thing I had yet to try was using my Tombow Markers on watercolour paper.
That's exactly what I did with this cute cat stamp and I think it's another technique that I will really enjoy. It's quite simple and it will help me utilize my many markers more often. Certainly a plus in my book. You just use the markers where you want the most intense colour and soften it by 'drawing it out' with a little water. For that you can use a good Watercolour Brush and a tiny bit of water, or the always versatile Aqua Painter that already has the water in the barrel. This works really well on watercolour paper. Next time, I will have to try it with Marl Parchment Paper.

I saw those same note cards at Michael's, but didn't have the vision that you did to use them with stamped images. Cute, and your coloring is perfect!
